The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To amend the Law of Ukraine “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2012” regarding increasing expenses for technical reequipment and labour safety on coal mining enterprises”

The Law aims at ensuring technical reequipment of coal mining enterprises and increasing coal output, as well as the safety level of pitchwork.

The legislative act stipulates increasing expenses of general State Budget Fund to the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry by UAH 1 510 million.

The respective bill was registered under No. 11328.
